Dining Room Manager
Owl’s Nest Resort is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking Dining Room Managers to assist the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage in our on-site restaurant.
The ideal candidates for this role will have three to five years’ food and beverage experience in a management role; a strong knowledge of wine, beer, and craft cocktails; and fine dining service, preferably within an upscale dining environment. Must be TIPS certified.
Seasonal as well as year-round positions are available.
Candidates should live within a one-hour radius, or be willing to relocate; no relocation assistance is provided. Availability mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
