Kitchen Manager

Owl’s Nest Resort is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage for banquet and à la carte dining.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years’ culinary experience in a management role and a strong background in training and managing an all-star team, preferably within an upscale dining environment.

Must be ServSafe® certified.

This is a year-round position with a generous benefit package.

Candidates should live within a one-hour radius, or be willing to relocate; no relocation assistance is provided. Availability mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
