Owl’s Nest Resort has expanded its footprint by acquiring White Mountain Country Club—now rebranded as Owl’s Nest Vineyard Course. The 18-hole Geoffrey Cornish‑designed championship course underwent extensive renovations by Robert McNeil and Northeast Golf Company, with improvements to holes, bunkers, irrigation, cart paths, and added function and dining spaces.
The site now also features a budding 10-acre vineyard, aiming to produce New Hampshire’s first locally made sparkling wine by 2026.
The Pemi Burger Bar is a casual, rustic‑chic eatery serving bold, handcrafted burgers made with locally sourced meats, fresh produce, and house‑made sauces—perfect for golfers refueling or guests looking for a hearty, flavorful bite.
