Lake Harold is the largest (10-acre) human-made lake to be approved for swimming, boating, and recreation in the history of New Hampshire! With 200 gallons of water going in and 200 gallons of water going out every minute, we can ensure a safe and clean lake for recreation.
Lake Harold
What Is Available right now?
As of right now, guests at Owl’s Nest are able to swim and boat on the lake. We have Stand-Up Paddle Boards, Kayaks, Canoes, and Row Boats available next to our dock.
In the wintertime, we plan to have ice-skating and pond hockey!

The LakeHouse
Lakeside Village is home to 22 rentals with a lake and mountain view for all of them. The LakeHouse is our featured event space for year-round weddings and events.

The Boathouse
When completed, this 6,000 sq. ft modern barn is for events and boat rentals such as kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. The Boathouse will also feature “Hook” a seafood restaurant with a raw bar.
The first floor will also have men’s and women’s locker rooms and can hold space for community programs. The second floor will have a meeting space with cathedral ceilings that will accommodate over 100 people for private functions. Great for work retreats!
Directly next to the Boathouse is an Olympic-sized swimming pool along with a hot tub that fits 25 people.
