Owl’s Nest Resort, located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, is home to the state’s only Nicklaus Design golf course. This 600-acre residential community features 27 luxury rental homes and our on-site Restaurant – Panorama Six82 and Tented Pavilion. The Resort is currently undergoing a major expansion including 9.9- acre Lake Harold as well as pickleball and tennis courts. In 2021 the expansion continues with additional condominiums, clubhouse renovation, boutique hotel, and The Lakehouse Banquet & Event venue.
Owl’s Nest employs between 30 and 150 full and part-time staff on a seasonal and year-round basis. Seasonal positions are typically available from April to November.
All positions at Owl’s Nest Resort receive golf course, tennis, and pickleball privileges as well as discounts on food and beverage.

Guest Services Assistant (training available)
The Guest Services Assistant (GSA) presents a positive attitude, friendly disposition, and professional manner to guests upon their arrival at Panorama Six82 when greeting and seating guests upon arrival; monitoring a waiting list and informing guests of any wait time; refilling beverages and performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glasses and menus and ensuring restrooms, entryway and waiting areas are clean, stocked and orderly. Answer telephone and take reservations; monitor Open Table reservation system. Fill to-go orders as needed. Tend to special guest needs and requests. Assist dining room staff by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages.
May perform duties from other positions as needed or assigned to maintain proper operations of the resort property.
The bartender is a detail-oriented and outgoing individual, skilled in multi-tasking and leading in high-pressure, busy situations. The Bartender must demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service while representing the values and standards of Owl’s Nest Resort.
Line Cook (Full or Part-Time Seasonal – May through October)
The Line Cook will prepare meals according to the menu while following instructions in cooking and delivering items in a timely manner and ability to work harmoniously with other kitchen personnel to ensure a high-quality guest experience. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. Two years of experience is preferred.
Restaurant & Patio Server (Full or Part-Time Seasonal – May through October)
Must be an outgoing individual looking to work in service-based, high-pressure situations while catering to the needs of people. You must be able to ensure guest satisfaction while representing the values and standards of the resort. This position requires attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and an enthusiastic work ethic. One year of experience is preferred.
Banquet / Prep Cook (Full or Part-Time / Seasonal or Year-Round)
The Banquet Cook will prepare meals according to BEO while following instructions in cooking and delivering items in a timely manner. This individual will work alongside other kitchen personnel to ensure a high-quality guest experience. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. Set up a workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment or utensils. Work multiple stations including but not limited to the cold station, sauté station, and grill. Prepare ingredients to use while cooking.
Banquet Event Captain
The Banquet Captain assists the Banquet Managers in the successful execution and coordination of all Banquets and Events throughout Owl’s Nest Resort by understanding the timelines and layout of a Banquet /Event including setting up and manning a buffet line, carrying and placing trays when table service is required. Guaranteed gratuity per Banquet/Event in addition to an hourly rate.
