Gentle Flow Yoga at the Lakehouse
Join us every Tuesday from 9:30–10:30 AM for Gentle Flow Yoga overlooking Lake Harold. This slow-paced class focuses on mindful movement, light strength-building, and breathwork to help you feel balanced and refreshed.
Designed for beginners and anyone who prefers a gentle, relaxing style of yoga.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If weather requires, class will be held inside the Lakehouse.
