Have you ever experienced a Ghost Kitchen? A Ghost Kitchen eliminates the traditional dining experience by removing dining areas and fancy décor, serving delicious and uniquely crafted food to customers via takeout. At Owl’s Nest, you can experience a Ghost Kitchen firsthand at El Nido del Barrio, which offers cuisine that is unlike anything ever offered at the Resort!
At El Nido del Barrio, you can count on enjoying traditional Mexican cuisine that is prepared by Executive Chef, Chef Juan Olivares in the commercial kitchen at Panorama Six82. Each dish is filled with fresh ingredients and mouthwatering flavor that Chef Juan grew up eating. And not only are the ingredients fresh, but they are local! The ingredients, provided by Black River Produce, are all-natural, ethically sourced, humanely raised, and have no antibiotics, and no nitrates. You can feel good dining at El Nido del Barrio knowing that everything is sustainable, good for you, and good for the community!
Owl’s Nest Resort is focused on giving back to the community in every way possible. Last year we donated 3,578 meals to the New Hampshire Food Bank. This year, El Nido del Barrio will be donating 02% of total profits earned to the Circle Program, where they empower, transform, and enrich girls’ lives through community, connection, camp, and mentorship. What better feeling than enjoying outstanding dishes with loved ones while also knowing you are making a difference?!
