Enjoy an elevated five-course dining experience featuring a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu by Executive Chef Matthew MacDonald. Each course is paired with handcrafted wines and whiskeys from New Hampshire’s own Flag Hill Distillery, highlighting bold flavors and the art of pairing.
Throughout the evening, Flag Hill expert, Paul Cottrell, will guide guests through the featured selections, sharing insights into the craftsmanship and character behind each spirit.
This intimate winter dining experience brings together exceptional cuisine, locally crafted spirits, and an inviting atmosphere.
What to Know Before You Go
The Flag Hill Whiskey Pairing Dinner takes place on Saturday, January 9, 2027, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with doors opening at 5:45 PM. Tickets are $105 per person, and guests must be 21 or older to attend.
The evening features a fixed, chef-curated menu specifically designed to complement the selected Flag Hill wines and whiskeys. Dietary substitutions and menu modifications cannot be accommodated.
Complimentary parking is available in the main lot in front of the Sunset Pavilion, including designated accessible parking near the venue.
Advance reservations are encouraged, as seating is limited to 75 guests.
