The Fall season is in full swing, and with that comes fresh, new food and beverage menus at Owl’s Nest’s Panorama Six82! Check out some of the new appetizers, soups and salads, handhelds, entrees, desserts, and cocktails that are now offered at new hours: Monday – Thursday from 4:00pm – 9:00pm ET and Friday – Sunday from 11:00am – 9:00pm ET!

To start, be sure to try the Apple Cider Glazed Brussels Sprouts, Maple Buffalo Wings, as well as the Maple Glaze Pork Belly. The Apple Cider Glazed Brussels Sprouts are served with candied pecans and chopped bacon. The Maple Buffalo Wings are served with a smoky ranch dressing as well as carrot feathers. And the Maple Glaze Pork Belly is served with pickled apple slaw and a spiced maple reduction.

If you are in the mood for a hearty soup, be sure to try the Pumpkin Bisque or the Beef and Root Vegetable Stew. The Pumpkin Bisque is served with spiced candied pumpkin seeds and a brown butter sage cream. The Beef and Root Vegetable Stew is served with sirloin beef, potatoes, carrots, parsnips and barley. For salads, you cannot go wrong with the White Mountain Salad, served with mixed greens, butternut, apples, heirloom carrots, maple ginger vinaigrette, goat cheese and pumpkin seeds.

For your entrée, indulge in the Bourbon Glazed Chicken, Apple Stuffed Pork Chop, Butternut Squash Ravioli, or the Apple Bacon Chutney Burger. The Bourbon Glazed Chicken is served with pepper bourbon glaze, garlic mashed potatoes and veggies. The Apple Stuffed Pork Chop is served with cornbread, brie cheese, garlic mashed potatoes and veggies. The Butternut Squash Ravioli is the perfect comfort food dish, served with brown butter sage beurre blanc, tomatoes and pinenuts. Lastly, the Apple Bacon Chutney Burger is served with brie and arugula.

No meal can be complete without dessert! Order the Warm Apple Turnover or the Strawberry and White Chocolate Bread Pudding. The Warm Apple Turnover is served with apple filling, vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. And the Strawberry and White Chocolate Bread Pudding is served with blueberry ice cream, whipped cream and icing.

To complement your dishes, enjoy sipping on the Pumpkin Espresso Martini, Maple Harvest Margarita, or the Cider House Spritz. The Pumpkin Espresso Martini is mixed with Stoli vanilla vodka, Kahlua, Three Olives espresso, and pumpkin spice RumChata. The Maple Harvest Margarita is mixed with Mi Campo tequila, lemon juice, maple syrup, and apple cider. And the Cider House Spritz is mixed with Prosecco and apple cider.
