CURRENT PROJECTS WE’RE WORKING ON:
The Hoot
This new 10-hole par 3 golf course will be a separate addition to our existing 18-hole Nicklaus Design course and the 18-hole Owl’s Nest Vineyard Course. It will begin just south of the SportsNest, and circumnavigate Lake Harold with the 10th hole ending just north of Butch’s Brooklyn Deli. Construction will resume on or before 8/15/26 with an anticipated opening on or before July 4th, 2027.
Jogging and Walking Path
Illuminated path which circles Lake Harold is nearly complete with only the final layer of ledge pack to be put down this fall 0f 2025.
WellNest Salon
Located adjacent to the WellNest Spa and Rejuvenation Center, appointments will be available for haircuts and blowouts, makeup, manicures and pedicures beginning 10/15/25.
