New year, new Owl’s Nest! Well not entirely, but we’re pleased to announce a few exciting improvements we’re making to better your experience at the resort and on the golf course. Here are just three of the changes that have us out of our golf cart seats.
First off, Owl’s Nest will be launching a new and improved, sleek and sophisticated, easy-to-navigate website in early Spring! Yes, it’s a mouthful, but the new website will be a simple one-stop-shop for all your resort needs. With the help of our trusted partners at SilverTech, we’ve made it easier to book homes, host your event, browse local attractions, and so much more! Stay tuned for more information.
Second, in late summer, we’ll be adding a gorgeous 9.9-acre manmade lake to our property. The lake will be the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing swim or family picnic. Guests can even expect a new walking, biking, and jogging path surrounding the water’s edge. By winter, visitors of all ages will be ice-skating on the frozen lake under the White Mountain stars. The views will be breathtaking. After a day on the lake, play a game of pickleball or tennis on one of our 8 courts (6 red clay and 2 grass). They will be operational in September of 2022.
Lastly—drumroll please— our old cart barn is being redeployed as “The Boathouse” and moved in the next 60 days to where the new lake is going to be. The Boathouse will become a place for events and gatherings and will boast stunning views of the new lake with indoor and outdoor seating.
