Christina, Owl’s Nest Resort’s Marketing Manager, loves to divulge in the Tuscan Chicken Pasta after a long workweek. “Chicken, pasta, and sun-dried tomatoes in a cream sauce – pretty amazing combo. Plus, this dish is even better as leftovers!” Not only does Christina love the juicy, tender chicken, but it’s also a customer favorite.
2. The Barn Owl
Don’t worry, no owls were involved in the making of this turkey burger. Jessica, our Lodging Coordinator, loves that this dish comes with Swiss cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and most importantly, avocado! You can also ask your server about our vegetarian option as well.
3. Nest Club
Join the club with Joe! Not only does our Teaching Professional love the Nest Club, but so does everyone else. Joe orders this sandwich with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo. To pump this dish up, add a customer favorite a side of Parmesan Truffle Fries!
4. Chicken Wings
Don’t wait for the Super Bowl to get fired up on these wings. Kay, our HR & Administrative Assistant, enjoys the Chicken Wings, plain with a side of Bleu Cheese and Buffalo Sauce. She says, “These are the best chicken wings I’ve ever eaten! They’re the perfect amount of crispiness and are the perfect pick me up during the day.” You can also choose from sweet Thai chili sauce or barbeque.
5. Grilled Salmon
This dish takes the cake, or salmon in this case! Our Event Coordinator, Jen, says the grilled salmon is a “filling and healthy meal that makes for a well-rounded dish.” Served with seasonal vegetables, seafood lovers will not be disappointed.
