Social Media & Content Specialist

A Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and publishing engaging content across the resort’s social media channels and digital platforms. This role focuses on storytelling, brand consistency, and timely promotion of events, dining, lodging, and on-property experiences. The specialist collaborates with marketing and operations teams to capture content, write copy, and maintain an organized content calendar. They monitor performance metrics to optimize engagement and ensure content aligns with brand standards and business goals. This position supports overall marketing efforts through strong visual, written, and social-first content execution. You will also serve as a brand representative at a select number of regional trade shows and local industry events, representing the brand in a professional, engaging, and knowledgeable manner.

Creative Assistant

The Creative Assistant at Owl’s Nest Resort supports the Marketing Department in producing engaging, highquality visual and written content that showcases the spirit of the resort. This hands-on role focuses heavily on social media support, photography, videography, dining content creation, and the preparation/distribution of print materials. The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, on-property environment where capturing real-time content is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments, and a willingness to take direction based on the Marketing Manager’s goals and priorities are critical to success in this role.
