Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator position provides direct support to the Director of Sales, Sales Manager, and the Catering Specialists. The coordinator will interact with Owl’s Nest Resort’s group sales clients during many touch points throughout the planning and execution process. This position requires professional conduct and articulation. Attention to detail is paramount.

Catering & Event Specialist

The Catering & Event Specialist provides day to day administration and supervision of all aspects of special events including social events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners and proms, and Resort events such as golf tournaments, racquet tournaments, leagues, stay and play groups, special dinners, meetings, and conferences. The Specialist is the primary point of contact for booked events and works with all members of the Food & Beverage team to maintain the highest quality of customer service by providing an exceptional guest experience. The Specialist will utilize current and learned skills to increase revenue and guest satisfaction and decrease expenses and waste.
